Karly Pecorella is honored to be a part of this outstanding community as the principal of Ashley Falls School. 

 

Mrs. Pecorella has over 20 years of experience in education. She served as a teacher in grades kindergarten through sixth grade for 19 years in the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District and then as an assistant principal of Del Mar Heights School in the Del Mar Union School District before joining Ashley Falls School as the principal.

 

Mrs. Pecorella grew up in the San Diego area and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and K-12 Teaching Credential from California State University San Marcos. She completed her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at San Diego State University and her Administrative Credential through the San Diego State University and National Center for Urban School Transformation (NCUST) program. 

 

Outside of school, Mrs. Pecorella enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their sweet rescue dog. She loves to read, garden, bake, and travel with her family.
