Karly Pecorella is honored to serve as the principal of Ashley Falls School and to be part of such a welcoming and caring community.

 

With over 20 years of experience in education, Mrs. Pecorella has dedicated her career to supporting students and creating exceptional learning experiences. She spent 19 years teaching kindergarten through sixth grade in the district and is now in her sixth year with the Del Mar Union School District, proudly leading Ashley Falls with a focus on excellence, innovation, and a love of learning.

 

Mrs. Pecorella earned her Bachelor of Arts and K-12 Teaching Credential from California State University San Marcos, followed by a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and an Administrative Credential through San Diego State University and the National Center for Urban School Transformation (NCUST) program.

 

Outside of school, Mrs. Pecorella enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their sweet dog. She loves reading, gardening, baking, and traveling with her family. She is thrilled for another year of learning and connection with the children, families, and staff of Ashley Falls School.
